Refund Policy – Holme Valley Private Nursing

At Holme Valley Private Nursing, we are committed to providing high-quality care and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking any service.

1. General Policy

All services are provided with the intention of delivering professional, safe, and personalised nursing care. Refunds are only offered under the circumstances outlined in this policy.

2. Consultations and Assessments

  • If you book a private nursing consultation or assessment and need to cancel, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session without penalty.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will incur a 10% service fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled session will incur a 50% service fee.

3. Care Packages or Ongoing Services

  • If you purchase a care package or ongoing service, refunds are only provided for services not yet delivered.

  • Refund requests must be made in writing via email or post.

  • Once care has commenced, payments for completed sessions are non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Serious illness or emergency preventing the delivery or receipt of services.

  • Significant errors or omissions in the service provided.

Each request will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

We will review your request and respond within 10 working days.

6. Payment Methods

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, wherever possible.

7. Policy Changes

Holme Valley Private Nursing reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
