Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will incur a 10% service fee. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled session will incur a 50% service fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
