Service Description
My Mental Health Support Calls provide a safe, compassionate space to talk openly about how you’re feeling. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, or simply need someone to listen, these calls offer understanding and reassurance from an experienced registered nurse. While not a counselling or therapy service, the focus is on empathetic listening, emotional support, and gentle guidance to help you feel heard and less alone. This service is ideal for those who may find it difficult to access traditional mental health support or prefer the comfort of speaking from home.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will incur a 10% service fee. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled session will incur a 50% service fee.
